Each Monday, you receive two to three prerecorded lessons that build knowledge step by step.

Each Saturday, we meet live for a hands-on medicine-making class. There are ten consecutive Saturday sessions, and every live class focuses on applying what you learned that week in real time.

The goal is to help you understand how to choose herbs intentionally, adjust formulas confidently, and think in patterns instead of memorizing instructions. We work with the same core herbs you already own.

There is no overwhelming new supply list. Instead, the focus is on going deeper with ashwagandha, ginger, calendula, comfrey, plantain, arnica, yarrow, elder, rose, lavender, turmeric, and marshmallow.

Each week has a clear theme. We begin by strengthening the nervous system with ashwagandha and ginger, learning how to build teas and tinctures for stress, depletion, and circulation. We move into tissue healing and trauma support with calendula, comfrey, plantain, and arnica, refining infused oils and salves. We study fever and immune response using yarrow and elder, building layered cold and flu protocols. We explore emotional herbalism with rose and lavender and create calming blends. We revisit turmeric and ginger for inflammation and metabolism support. We work with marshmallow to understand tissue states and soothing preparations. Later weeks focus on building full seasonal protocols, refining topical medicine, and developing formulation mastery.

Every Saturday live class is interactive and practical. You will make something each week — teas, tinctures, syrups, oils, salves, electuaries, or protocol kits. You will also have opportunities to present your own formulas and receive feedback in a supportive environment.

Class size is intentionally limited. This is not a large webinar-style course. The small group format allows for direct interaction, troubleshooting, and refinement. You will be able to ask questions, share what you’ve made, and receive guidance.

By the end of ten weeks, you will have: • A stronger understanding of herbal energetics • Clear thinking around safety and when not to use an herb • Experience building both internal and topical remedies • The ability to create acute protocols for common situations • Greater confidence in adjusting formulas for yourself and your family

This course bridges the gap between basic herbal recipe learning and confident home formulation. It remains kitchen-based, practical, and hands-on — but with deeper clarity and discernment woven throughout.
